I recieved the wrong item or my package is damaged. What should I do?
If there was a problem with your order, please follow our 3 step process for a seamless resolution:

Evidence:Â Include clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged product or the incorrect item received.
Retention:Â Do not discard the product, original packaging, or shipping materials until we have reviewed and approved your claim.
When will I get my order?
Orders are proccessed within 24-48 hours and are sent out for delievery within 3 days of purchase. We ship out our orders through UPS and for domestic orders you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days. We ship within the United States using domestic carriers. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the highly sensitive nature of research compounds and the strict climate-controlled handling requirements necessary to maintain product integrity, all sales are final.
