1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Delta Research Labs website (deltaresearchlabs.us) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or procure our products.
2. Product Use Disclaimer
All products sold by Delta Research Labs are strictly intended for laboratory research and in-vitro use only.
Products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption.
Products are NOT intended for use as drugs, food additives, household chemicals, or any other unapproved application.
By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or representing a licensed laboratory and that these products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes.
The customer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by us for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or any other applications.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this website and purchase products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be for personal use rather than laboratory research.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; our acceptance occurs officially when the order is dispatched.
5. Payment & Security
We accept major credit and debit cards processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store your full payment information on our servers. You represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States using domestic carriers. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Refunds or replacements may only be issued in cases where a shipment is confirmed as lost or does not arrive to the delivery address.
Products labeled as “Backorder” require additional processing and restocking time prior to shipment. By placing an order for a backordered item, the customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery times will be longer than standard shipping timelines due to inventory replenishment cycles.
Refunds, cancellations, or replacement requests based solely on shipping delays or extended processing times for backordered items are not permitted, as these timelines are disclosed and accepted at the time of purchase.
7. All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the requirement for climate-controlled storage, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges to ensure the integrity of our inventory. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a potential replacement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and product renders—is the property of Delta Research Labs and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Delta Research Labs provides products “as is” for research purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Any product specifications, descriptions, or purity claims provided by Delta Research Labs are based on information supplied by our manufacturers and third-party suppliers and are provided in good faith.
These statements are not independently verified unless accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Only products accompanied by a COA include verified analytical data that we stand behind as documented. For products without a COA, no guarantees are made regarding exact purity, composition, or analytical accuracy, and all such materials are accepted by the buyer at their discretion.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse, handling, or application of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
