Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the highly sensitive nature of research compounds and the strict climate-controlled handling requirements necessary to maintain product integrity, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased from Delta Research Labs.

 

Once a product has left our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored or handled according to laboratory standards. To ensure the safety and consistency of our catalog for all researchers, we cannot accept items back into our inventory.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in our fulfillment process, but if an error occurs or a product is damaged during transit, we will make it right. Please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Notification: Email us at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.

  2. Evidence: Include clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged product or the incorrect item received.

  3. Retention: Do not discard the product, original packaging, or shipping materials until we have reviewed and approved your claim.

Resolution: Once a claim is verified, we will issue a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you. We do not offer monetary refunds for damaged items; only replacements.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipment.

  • Because we prioritize fast fulfillment (typically within 24–48 hours), cancellation requests must be submitted immediately.

  • Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been handed to the carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled or recalled.

Shipping Issues & Tracking

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
